what am I doing these days? I'm continuing with my "Grateful and Thankfulness Journal". I find it keeps my mind focused on the positive side of things. Every day I write down 3 things which I am grateful and thankful for. My newly discovered favorite snack is figs and walnuts (eaten together)! Yum!! I don't know why, but, I can not get enough of these little gems =) I've been cooking and baking a lot lately. It's interesting the things this pandemic is teaching me, I hadn't realized how much I enjoy being home to make dinner daily at a "normal" time.
I've discovered "30 days of yoga with Adriene" on You Tube She is awesome! Final thoughts; have you watched Samuel L Jackson reading; "Stay the F*ck Home!" yet? it's also on You Tube and is pretty funny.
