I issue receipts which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Yes, I also direct bill to some insurance companies, however, only after the first visit (please see the page titled "direct billing" for more info).

Cancellation Policy
I require 1 day / 24 hours notice prior to the cancellation of an upcoming appointment. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for covering the full rate of said missed appointment.
