what am I doing these days?
I'm continuing with my "Grateful and Thankfulness Journal". I find it keeps my mind focused on the positive side of things. Every day I write down 3 things which I am grateful and thankful for.
My newly discovered favorite snack is figs and walnuts (eaten together)! Yum!! I don't know why, but, I can not get enough of these little gems =)

1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C salt
1/2 C water
1/4 C veg. oil or a few drops of liquid detergent
Food Colouring (optional) What to do; 1) Mix the flour and salt together in a bowl.
2) Slowly add the water, oil (or detergent) and food colouring.
3) knead the dough well and shape into several balls. Makes enough for two people.
You can roll it, make it into animals, "cookies", cakes, holiday ornaments.. for added fun, use cookie cutters, spoons.
